Refund Policy
At Hardvo, we aim to deliver quality hardware products with a smooth
shopping experience.
Returns
Customers can request a return or replacement within
48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags and accessories are required.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed products
- Damaged products due to misuse
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Opened electrical items unless defective
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect item
- A missing product
Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number,
photos/videos and product details.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days.
- COD refunds may be processed via Bank / UPI / Wallet.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Return Pickup
In eligible cases, Hardvo may arrange pickup service for
returned items.
Important Note
Hardvo reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds
if the request does not meet the policy conditions.
